if you get a error on you are using a vpn/proxy/tor/etc or are blocked by fraudrecord then you was blocked by our anti fraud system and therefore unfortunately due to the high fraud rate you will have to contact our sales dept. to perform manual verification then. 

Please provide Sales with the following information to expediate your request for manual verification upfront please

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company(if any)
  • Address
  • City
  • Country
  • State/Province
  • Zip/Postal Code
  • Email
  • Your IP(Internet Protocol Address) you are ordering from. <--- will show you your ip(ipv4) and any ipv6 to provide to sales

If you do not provide the above to sales upfront it causes a delay for you to get verified due to sales has to ask you for this information then. which will delay you getting your account verified and you able to purchase the license(s)/product(s) you want.

Once the information has been forwarded to CubeData's Anti Fraud Team and they validate there is no real fraud risk, they will inform Sales Team and Sales Team will give you your account details forwarded from the Anti Fraud Team.

Do note, if there is any seeable fraud risk found by CubeData's Anti Fraud Team, they can invoke CubeData's reserved right to refuse service if they see it necessary when seeing too many fraud indicators regarding fraud risk.
