Sorry but that is by design in opennebula's templates themself there is nothing we can do to fix that sorry
the plugin/module cannot do anything about that sorry it is something you will have to do inside opennebula itself try looking at cloud init/context of opennebula to do this on creation of each vm...try google...google will list the right sources for this on opennebula's site.
