We will support you for most things related to the module though we ask most of all that you please google the issue before asking in a support ticket to see if you're issue is related to the module itself or not...as that will save time for the support staff to assist people that do need the most help related to the module faster.
Also read the README.txt please! Installation Instructions and all are described in the all caps "README.txt" on purpose to tell you to read it.
